Referral scheme Rules
1. Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to starting earning rewards from this loyalty and reward scheme. It is open to legal residents of United Kingdom who are at least 18+ at the time of entry.
The Referral scheme is sponsored and maintained by Loved Garms Clothing.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Referral scheme constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
3. Referral scheme Period
The Referral scheme will stay open until further notice.
4. How to Enter
The Referral scheme must be entered by submittingentires using the methods outlined in the Referral scheme form above. The entry must fulfill the Referral scheme requirements, as specified, to be eligible to accrue points.
Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Loved Garms Clothing. You may not enter tthe scheme more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Loved Garms Clothing.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Rights Granted by you
By entering this Referral scheme you understand that Loved Garms Clothing, anyone acting on behalf of Loved Garms Clothing, will have the right, to monitor points awarded to you.
6. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Referral scheme is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Referral scheme is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Referral scheme to address the impairment and then resume the Referral scheme in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Referral scheme and, in the event of termination, award/ honour the points in a different way.
The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Referral scheme or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Points accrued cannot be used in exchange for money or any other special offers.
7. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Referral scheme, or the Referral scheme itself can be raised via email.
8. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Loved Garms privacy policy.
