SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Processing times:

  • If the item has already been made, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
  • If I need to make your order (referred to as a pre-order clearly stated in the listing), this normally takes between 1-4 weeks, though often sooner. There are sometimes delays in busy times and if I need to source special fabrics for you. You will however, be notified in a timely manner if delays are expected.

Shipping times:

  • Once processed, items usually take between 2-3 days to arrive at their destination in U.K. Bigger parcels can take around 5 days. International shipping is around 2-3 weeks. These timescales are estimates and the postal service can take longer from time to time.
  • If an item does not arrive or goes missing in the post, please contact me as soon as possible. As stated by Royal Mail, a parcel is not deemed lost until 15 working days after posting date. After this time I will make / send out a replacement. If the item is no longer available I will contact you to discuss and alternative product

Postage and packaging:

  • All items are wrapped in tissue paper and sent out in paper mail bags. Yay to plastic free!! Do your bit -please consider reusing this packaging again.
  • If you’d like a note added to your parcel, drop me a message.
  • As mentioned above I send items via Royal Mail and always obtain proof of postage.
  • I post throughout Great Britain including the Isle of Man and Channels Islands.
  • I also accept international orders, where import duties or other taxes may be applicable, these costs are the buyers responsibility. Having trouble ordering for overseas? Drop me a message to discuss postage options.

Click and collect is available for free, for local orders, just choose this option at check out.

  • Small packet Royal Mail 1st Class £1.95 (for accessories, reusables etc)
  • Large letter Royal Mail 1st Class £3.95 (for example leggings, kids clothes, underwear)
  • Parcel Royal Mail 1st Class £4.95 (for example hoodies and dresses)
  • Orders over £100  FREE POSTAGE

International postage costs:

  • Large letter Royal Mail International Tracked £9.99 (for example leggings, kids clothes, underwear)
  • Parcel Royal Mail International Tracked £15.49 (for example hoodies and dresses)


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All garments are lovingly made by hand using carefully selected fabrics and notions, every care is made in the finishing. I pride myself on making quality items, so you can rest assured that the purchases you make from Loved Garms are wise ones.

However, if you change your mind about your purchase, or if you’re dissatisfied with a product, items may be exchanged, repaired or returned if unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and tagged with its original packaging.

It’s important to check sizing charts in each listing before purchase to avoid sizing disappointments, often they aren’t the same as high street. This is especially true for underwear as this cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You can email me before you buy as I am always happy to discuss sizing.

I accept cancellations, returns and exchanges of ready made items. However I cannot accept cancellations returns or exchanges of pre-order items, underwear or sale items unless faulty. The only exception being if I have not already cut you item ready to sew, so please contact me immediately if any problems arise with your order. 

How do I return / exchange?

Upon delivery your items should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match their description. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, do your best to inform me immediately so I can fix any issues. You should contact me within 7 days of receiving, and return the items within another 14 days.

You are welcome to exchange an unwanted ready made item for a different style or size if needed, without reason. However in this situation return postage is to be paid for by you.

If an item is deemed faulty, I will pay return postage, and refund, repair or replace your original order in full.

If you would like an exchange, please contact me to discuss what that will be, this could be a different size, style or print. It will of course depend on whether a different item is available.

All returns/ exchanges need a return authorisation number before making their way back to me, so please get in touch in the first instance.

Returns/ exchanges should be packaged up securely and with love. These can be returned in person or sent back via Royal Mail. Always obtain proof of posting.

When will I get my refund / exchange?

Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and checked. I will issue and confirm the refund or exchange (if available) within 4 working days of receiving your return but it may take a further 3 or 4 days for the refund to show in your account (or up to 10 days for some building society accounts).

Replacements or exchanges will be posted out as soon as they are actioned, usually within 1-3 days.

Items returned that do not adhere to the above policies will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. (I do not accept dirty clothing items as I will presume that they have been worn).

I will not refund items damaged or lost in their return shipment so please obtain a tracking number for your package.

Refunds can only be returned using same method as payment.
